Amreyah Cimpor Cement Company implemented Cachapuz’ SLV Cement solution to automatically manage weighing, logistics and dispatching operations and ensuring full integration of these key post-production functions at its cement plant, located at Alexandria, Egypt.

Cachapuz expanded the SLV Cement solution implemented at Société des Ciments de Gabès with the introduction of a new bag loading control module.
This new module designed to operate on forklifts consoles offers greater visibility, control and automation to the loading operations.

Cachapuz has strenghtened its parnership with Cimpor upgrading the installed system in its various national production units. This project was developed within the implementationj of a new shipping solution of the Intercement Group in Maia, Loulé, Alhandra and Souselas.

Cachapuz has provided control kiosks for bag loading lines, ensuring that only duly authorized vehicles at the correct stage of the process can carry out loading operations. This system introduced safety and introduced controlled loading times.

Cachapuz has concluded the training of the engineers of the Bazian and Tasluja plants in order to be autonomous in the installation, operationalization and maintenance of the Bag Printing system implemented by Cachapuz.
